On January 8, I sent to Wiley the check-of-edit with respect to the manuscript of the 2008 Supplement for The Law of Tax-Exempt Organizations (9th ed.).

On January 9, my copy of the 2008 Cumulative Supplement for The Tax Law of Charitable Giving (3rd ed.) arrived.

On January 17, I sent to Wiley the last chapters in the check-of-edit process for The Law of Tax-Exempt Healthcare Organizations (3rd ed.).

On January 21, I completed my review of the page proofs and work on the index for Nonprofit Law for Religious Organizations: Essential Questions and Answers; the material was sent to Wiley the next day.

On January 29, I sent the chapters I am principally responsible for, concerning Private Foundations: Tax Law and Compliance (3d ed.), to Wiley.

On January 30, I sent the last of the corrections of the page proofs for the chapters that I am principally responsible for, concerning The Law of Tax-Exempt Healthcare Organizations (3d ed.), to Wiley.

On February 8, I sent the corrected and revised pages for the 2008 supplement to accompany The Law of Tax-Exempt Organizations (9th ed.) to Wiley.

On February 15, I sent the manuscript of the revised edition of my book(let), titled Legal Responsibilities of Nonprofit Boards, to BoardSource.

When I returned to the office from travel on March 2, I found that my copies of the 2008 Cumulative Supplement to accompany The Law of Fundraising (3d ed.) had arrived.

On March 5, I received a copy of IRS Audits of Tax-Exempt Organizations: Policies, Practices, and Procedures.

On March 11, I received a copy of Nonprofit Law for Religious Organizations: Essential Questions & Answers.

On April 7, I received a copy of the 2008 Supplement to accompany The Law of Tax-Exempt Organizations (9th ed.).

On April 18, I received a copy of The Law of Tax-Exempt Healthcare Organizations (3d ed.)

On May 19, I sent the last portion of the manuscript of Private Foundation Law Made Easy to Wiley.

On May 21, I completed my revisions to the check-of-edit for Private Foundations: Tax Law and Compliance (3rd ed.). Or at least I thought I did. I was asked to review the book pages a second time, which I did, completing my work on June 11.

On June 21, I completed my check-of-edit revisions for Private Foundation Law Made Easy.

On July 8, I completed my check-of-edit revisions for the fifth edition of Starting and Managing a Nonprofit Organization: A Legal Guide.

On July 11, I sent my responses to the copyedited manuscript of the revised edition of my book(let), titled Legal Responsibilities of Nonprofit Boards, to BoardSource.

On July 22, I completed my work on the tables for Private Foundations: Tax Law and Compliance, and (happily) sent them to Wiley.

On July 24, I sent my corrections for the page proofs of Private Foundation Law Made Easy, and the index for the book, to Wiley.

On August 25, I sent my responses to the peer-reviewed manuscript of the revised edition of my book(let), titled Legal Responsibilities of Nonprofit Boards, to BoardSource.

On August 29, I sent the manuscript for the 2009 cumulative supplement to accompany The Tax Law of Charitable Giving (3rd ed.).

On August 29, the check-of-edit chapters that I am responsible for, for The New Form 990: Law, Policy, and Preparation, were posted to Wiley.

On September 15, the last of the check-of-edit chapters, for The New Form 990: Law, Policy, and Preparation, were posted to Wiley.

On September 22, the check-of-edit chapters for Starting & Managing A Nonprofit Organization (5th ed.) were posted to Wiley.

On September 28, my copy of the third edition of Private Foundations: Tax Law and Compliance arrived.

On October 17, my copy of Private Foundation Law Made Easy arrived.

On October 21, the page proofs for The New Form 990: Law, Policy, and Preparation, plus the index, were sent to Wiley.

On October 21, the check-of-edit material for the 2009 Cumulative Supplement to accompany The Tax Law of Charitable Giving (3rd ed.) was sent to Wiley.

On October 29, the page proofs for Starting & Managing A Nonprofit Organization: A Legal Guide (5th ed.), plus the index, were sent to Wiley.

On November 6, I received my copies of Legal Responsibilities of Nonprofit Boards (2d ed.), published by BoardSource.

On November 11, my changes and corrections to the check-of-edit for The Law of Fundraising (4th ed.) was posted to Wiley.

On November 13, Virginia Gross and I sent our chapters to Wiley for our book titled Nonprofit Governance: Law, Policies & Trends.

On November 17, I submitted to Wiley the manuscript of the 2009 Cumulative Supplement to accompany The Law of Tax-Exempt Organizations (9th ed.).

On November 19, I submitted to Wiley all of my changes and comments with respect to the page proofs of the 2009 Cum. Supp. to accompany The Tax Law of Charitable Giving (3rd ed.).

On December 15, I submitted to Wiley my changes, corrections, and additions to the check-of-edit for the 2009 Cumulative Supplement to accompany The Law of Tax-Exempt Organizations (9th ed.).

On December 30, I received an advance copy of The New Form 990: Law, Policy, and Preparation.
