On January 5, 2007, I sent the corrected page proofs for the 2007 Cumulative Supplement for The Tax Law of Charitable Giving to Wiley.

On January 17, 2007, I sent the corrected manuscript for the 2007 Cumulative Supplement for The Law of Tax-Exempt Healthcare Organizations to Wiley.

On January 24, 2007, I sent the corrected page proofs for the 2007 Cumulative Supplement for The Law of Fundraising to Wiley.

On February 5, 2007, I sent the last of the corrected page proofs for the Ninth Edition of The Law of Tax-Exempt Organizations to Wiley. I have spent an extraordinary amount of time reviewing these pages since I started on them on January 4. This has been a huge and exhausting project.

On February 26, 2007, I finished the page proofs for the 2007 Cumulative Supplement for The Law of Tax-Exempt Healthcare Organizations, and sent them and a revised Preface to Wiley.

On February 28, 2007, I sent my portion of the text of the 2007 Cumulative Supplement for Private Foundations: Tax Law and Compliance, Second Edition, to Wiley.

On March 1, 2007, the 2007 Cumulative Supplement for The Tax Law of Charitable Giving, Third Edition, arrived.

On March 15, 2007, the 2007 Cumulative Supplement for The Law of Fundraising, Third Edition, arrived.

On April 3, 2007, the 2007 Cumulative Supplement for The Law of Tax-Exempt Healthcare Organizations arrived.

On April 6, 2007, the Ninth Edition of The Law of Tax-Exempt Organizations arrived.

On May 30, 2007, I sent the page proofs of the 2007 Cumulative Supplement for Private Foundations: Tax Law and Compliance, Second Edition, to Wiley.

On July 31, 2007, the 2007 Cumulative Supplement for Private Foundations: Tax Law and Compliance, Second Edition, arrived.

On August 31, 2007, I sent to Wiley the last of the pages of a book I am working on with noted religious organizations lawyer David Middlebrook. This book is titled Nonprofit Law for Religious Organizations: Essential Questions & Answers.

On September 24, 2007, I sent to Wiley the last elements of a manucript of a book I have been intensely working on for months. The name of this book can now be revealed: IRS Audits of Tax-Exempt Organizations: Policies, Practices, and Procedures. This has proven to be the most difficult writing project I have taken on.

On October 8, 2007, I sent to Wiley the text of the the 2008 Cumulative Supplement for The Law of Fundraising, Third Edition.

On October 16, I provided Wiley with my revisions to the edited text of the 2008 Cumulative Supplement for The Tax Law of Charitable Giving, Third Edition.

On October 31, I sent to Wiley an outline for a new book idea (which has been accepted).

On November 2, I sent to Wiley the check-of-edit pages for IRS Audits of Tax-Exempt Organizations: Policies, Practices, and Procedures.

On November 7, I sent to Wiley the revised page proofs for the 2008 Cumulative Supplement for The Tax Law of Charitable Giving, Third Edition.

On November 14, I sent to Wiley the manuscript of the 2008 Supplement for The Law of Tax-Exempt Organizations (9th ed.).

On November 21, I sent to Wiley the check-of-edits for the 2008 Cumulative Supplement for The Law of Fundraising, Third Edition.

On December 4, I sent, to Dave Middlebrook, my corrected page proofs for Nonprofit Law for Religious Organizations: Essential Questions & Answers.

On December 10, I sent to Wiley the corrected page proofs for IRS Audits of Tax-Exempt Organizations: Policies, Practices, and Procedures.

On December 20, I sent to Wiley the corrections of the page proofs for the 2008 Cumulative Supplement for The Law of Fundraising, Third Edition.
